10 Tips for selling your home during the holidays Part 1.
It’s the holiday season and you decided to sell. Coldwell Banker Vantage Realty has some tips for you on what you should do if you want to sell your home during the holidays.
Avoid too many decorations: Although you may be caught up in the festive spirit, if you want to sell, less is more. Show potential clients the room and space in your house.
Oh, Christmas Tree!: The smell of a live tree will help bring in a fresh smell through the house. As well, think of something smaller, to show the size of the room.
Too many lights: Get rid of the icicle lights and be conservative with the decorations. Opt for white lights for a neutral glow.
Call Mr. Plow: The last thing you will want is a law suit. Clear the driveway and walkways from snow and any other paths around your home.
Snow hides everything: Landscape the front yard if you can with frost-resistant plants like flowering kale or miniature trees
